With the support of the University of Taste, we offer a number of bakery workshops. The University of Gastronomic Science of Pollenzo is located in the splendid setting of Langhe, Piemonte (recently declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site). Because it is an area for good food and wine, the University is also known as the “University of Taste” In this location, we organize a number of bakery workshops.
The day consists of presentations of bakery solutions, tastings of bakery products, combined with other foods and wines. That is not all. These evets provide an excellent opportunity to share experiences and issues faced by everyone who work within the bakery industry. There will be advice on how to overcome these issues and how to create innovative solutions.
