The international kermesse was the ideal stepping-stone not only for the Millbo's traditional products but above all for the new line Panvivo.
The Panvivo line is a range of semi-finished bread products in which Millbo combines high performance with the virtues of seeds and sprouted flour; a perfect blending between technology and tradition.
The first two Panvivo born products were presented in Bacelona:
Panvivo sprouted grain: a 30% concentrate of grains for the multi-cereal bread with sprouted oats, buckwheat
Panvivo sprouted wheat: an acidic paste with soft wheat flour
