Millbo’s nutritional bread

To offer modern consumers a balanced, sustainable and tasty product, Millbo has created an innovative preparation for baking which has outstanding protein rebalancing characteristics: Nutrè.

Why balanced? It is a composition of fibre-rich wholemeal wheat flour, high in beta-glucans which help lower cholesterol, with a reduced salt content and a valuable rebalance, with more protein and fewer carbohydrates. The protein content is similar to that of beef, thanks to the presence of an ingredient rich in vegetable proteins, seaweed. This makes it ideal for children, but also for elderly people, not to mention the world of vegan consumers, always in search of a healthy, balanced diet. Why sustainable? Seaweed farming has a very low environmental impact, which makes its production highly eco-sustainable. Why tasty? Stone-milled flour makes this mix ideal for the creation of a vast range of products: from bread to its substitutes (crackers, breadsticks, snacks), without sacrificing flavour.
